These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dobego.ae, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. 2. About Our Services DoBeGo is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers, sellers, renters, and dealers of: - Motor vehicles (cars, motorcycles, etc.) - Real estate properties (residential and commercial) We act only as an intermediary and are **not** a party to transactions between users. 3. Eligibility To use our Services, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts - Comply with all applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates - Provide accurate registration information 4. User Accounts 4.1 Registration - You must create an account to list items or contact sellers. - You are responsible for maintaining account security. - You must provide accurate and current information. - One person or entity may maintain only one account. 4.2 Account Security - Keep your password confidential. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. - You are responsible for all activities under your account. 5. Listings and Transactions 5.1 Listing Requirements Users who post listings must: - Own the item or have authorization to sell/rent it. - Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. - Comply with UAE laws regarding vehicle and property sales. - Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content. 5.2 Prohibited Items You may not list: - Stolen property - Vehicles without proper documentation - Properties with disputed ownership - Items prohibited by UAE law 5.3 Transactions - All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. - DoBeGo is not responsible for payment, delivery, or documentation. - We recommend conducting transactions in safe, public locations. 6. Fees and Payments - Browsing is free. - Listing fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed. - Premium features may require payment. - All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED). - Payments to DoBeGo are processed through secure third-party providers. 7. User Conduct You agree not to: - Post false or misleading information - Harass or defraud other users - Scrape or copy Platform content - Use automated bots without permission - Violate UAE laws or regulations - Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations 8. Intellectual Property - All Platform content (logos, designs, software) is owned by DoBeGo. - You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display and distribute it. - Users may not use DoBeGo’s name, logo, or trademarks in advertising without written consent. 9. Disclaimers & Liability - Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. - We do not guarantee listing accuracy, user identity, or transaction completion. - To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. - We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold DoBeGo harmless from claims arising from: - Your use of the Services - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of UAE law - Your listings or transactions 11. Dispute Resolution - Governing Law: UAE Federal Law - Jurisdiction: Courts of Dubai, UAE - Disputes between users must be resolved independently.
